1. IMPORTANT TO KNOW
First Exchange Free! The first exchange or return of an order is free, meaning shipping is free! However, if you need to exchange or return the product(s) after the first exchange, subsequent shipping costs will be charged.
Pay attention to the recipient's postage information. In the case of transport by the Post Office, orders with validation "invalid address," "unknown recipient," "moved," "owner not found," or similar situations requiring reshipment, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
1.1 Exchange/Return Options

1.2 Deadlines
• The period for regretting the purchase of the product is 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the goods as per the Art. 49 of the CDC*.
1.3 Shipping Options
- Authorization for posting at a post office or carrier.
- The Postage Authorization may be used at any Post Office or shipping company, as chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
1.4 Requirements
- It is not permitted to exchange a product that has already been exchanged.
- The product must be sent in its original box
- The product must be sent with all gifts or accessories sent
- The product must have the label attached to the piece
- The product cannot be washed
- The product cannot be past its prime
- The product cannot be used
- The product must not have odors
- The product cannot be altered (e.g.: Hem; cuff adjustment, strap adjustment, etc.)
- Must be accompanied by the Invoice or manual order declaration and all its accessories.
- Must contain all items informed in the request
- We do not exchange sale/promotional products, except in cases of manufacturing defects, after the product has been sent for exchange analysis. The exchange analysis period is 30 (thirty) days.
- In cases of defects, the product may be exchanged after prior analysis. The exchange analysis period is 30 (thirty) days.
- We reserve the right not to accept an Exchange/Return if the Requirements are not met.
2. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE/RETURN?

3. RETURN WITH REFUND
- Only upon return of the requested product and within 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the goods as per the Art. 49 of the CDC*.
- The shipping cost will not be included in the refund. The item must be returned for review and, upon approval by our Quality Review Team, will be credited to your account using the bank details provided and may take up to 30 business days.
4. DEFECT
- We offer the right to Exchange/Return if the purchased product is defective. in up to 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the goods as per the Art. 49 of the CDC*. 5. I PURCHASED ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE AND I WANT TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM. HOW DO I DO IT?
If you purchased through our website and need to exchange your product, please contact us through our contact channels and request your exchange or return.

5.1 – Follow the guidelines below when requesting an exchange:
- The Exchange must be requested within a maximum period of 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the goods as per the Art. 49 of the CDC*. Once the product is received at the store where you purchased it, a Quality Analysis will be carried out which may take up to 7 (seven) business days to approve the Exchange.
