Q3 auto imports undertakes, through this warranty term, to exchange parts and guarantee free technical assistance for its products with manufacturing defects, subject to the exceptions mentioned below, within 90 days and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

Q3 Auto Imports guarantees its products for a period of 03 (three) months, from the date of delivery to the user stated on the Purchase Invoice. Being guaranteed against manufacturing and assembly defects, provided that it is used under normal conditions, according to the instruction manual.
The main signs that indicate the need to replace the cylinder head are:
- Problems starting the car and getting the engine running.
- Engine overheating during operation.
- Low levels or absence of lubricating oil.
- Head outside the measurement parameters indicated by the manufacturer.
Signs of engine head damage
- Decrease in radiator water
- Wet spark plugs
- Engine failures
- Excessive smoke from exhaust (coolant)
Instructions and Recommendations
- Make sure you have the correct product before installation;
- Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional (mechanic or grinder you trust);
- Never use the product in a vehicle not specified;
- Thoroughly clean the structure of the Q3 brand head;
- Perform a visual analysis of the cylinder head structure and check for possible damage due to transportation.
- Head assembly instructions
- The surface where the head gasket will be installed must not be defective or have uneven flatness;
- Correctly follow the tightening sequence of the acquired cylinder head (torques) according to the manufacturer's recommendations;
- Head gaskets and engine block face must be to engine manufacturer's specifications;
- Check the projection of the pistons in relation to the face of the block, consult the engine repair manual;
- Always use new cylinder head bolts (normally cylinder head bolts are of the elastic type).
- Check engine cooling system, radiator, water pump, hoses and aggregates;
- Replacing the thermostatic valve;
- Lubricate the valve control collars before assembly;
- Check that the valve control rotates freely after tightening;
- Check the intake and exhaust valve seals;
- Use new, good quality retainers;
- When the engine is running, check the engine lubricating oil;
- Check and (review) engine timing after cylinder head assembly;
- Use suitable coolant according to the engine manufacturer's specifications;
- It is necessary to install a pressure gauge to check the oil pressure.
- It is necessary to replace the cylinder head fixing screws.
